EarthScout Operations and Sales Administrative Assistant: USA

The Operations and Sales Administrative Assistant works closely with the COO in growing the topline sales, enhancing profitability to the customer and EarthScout (ES), by enhancing and maintaining our robust database of customer prospects. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will assist the COO in customer prospect outreach and generating reports around their progress. ES is a four-year-old company that specializes in providing growers with better analytics to manage their farm. We strive to bring innovative technologies in the Internet of things (IOT) with easy-to-use and relevant grower solutions.

Administrative Assistant Job Description

  • Assists the COO in operations, including monitoring sales, marketing, customer service and manufacturing functions
  • Work with the sales team to enter data into our CRM tool
  • Leads CRM efforts to proactively email prospects
  • Generate reports on customers and data from our CRM database
  • Develop customer prospect lists for the sales team
  • Enters data in our CRM database and keep data organized
  • Drives for results by ensuring customer prospect objectives and targets are forecasted, achieved, and aligned
  • Maintains proper and efficient communication level of direction and other business metrics throughout EarthScout and customer organization by assisting the COO
  • Monitors competitor activity, ensuring appropriated response strategies are formulated and communicated
  • Use software to track team tasks and goals
