Quick Install Burial Tube

Our burial tube is a great solution for quickly installing EarthScout products in the soil – indoor or outdoor. Simply dig a hole and place the burial tube inside. The burial tube has slots cut out along one side that makes it easy to insert EarthScout soil moisture sensors into the soil at multiple depths. Once the tube is in the hole, rotate the burial tube so the slots are facing the plant roots you wish to monitor. Then, insert the soil moisture sensors in the soil at the depths you prefer. Cover the tube with the plastic lid, and backfill the hole. At the end of the season, remove and store your EarthScout and leave the burial tube in the ground until the next season for quick installation.
